Privacy Policy

Who we are

Please read this Privacy Policy carefully to understand how qimulink.com (hereinafter referred to as “we”) uses and protects the information you provide. This Privacy Policy applies to the qimulink.com website (“the Site”), any software provided through the Site (“Software”), and the services purchased or obtained on the Site (including privatized live streaming system deployment, AI Agent consultation and setup, personal independent website building services, as well as the sale of digital images, drawings, and templates, collectively referred to as “Services”) (collectively, the “Platform Products”). This Privacy Policy applies to all users who use the Platform Products (“Users”).

Information We Collect

We may collect two types of information about you: personal information and non – personal information.

  • Personal Information refers to information that enables us to know your specific identity and can be used to identify, contact, or locate you (such as name, mailing address, phone number, and email address). We may collect personal information when you use the Platform Products, such as when registering an account, filling out a questionnaire, communicating with us, or voluntarily providing personal information.
  • Non – Personal Information refers to information that, when used alone, cannot identify you as a specific individual (such as demographic information or website access records). We may collect non – personal information through the above – mentioned methods and by using industry – standard technologies automatically.
  • Data Types We collect various types of data from visitors, including data related to cross – device tracking of visitors (such as hashed emails, etc.).

How We Collect Information

  • Registration Before using one or more of the Platform Products, we may require you to provide certain personal and non – personal information to create a personal account (“Account”) or enable the functions of the Platform Products. Failure to provide all the information we request may prevent you from accessing any or all of the Platform Products. Inaccurate information may result in the suspension or termination of your account access.
  • Technical Collection Even if you visit the Site anonymously, we or third – party service providers may still collect non – personal information about your use of the Platform Products (such as your Internet browser, operating system, IP address, connection speed, and the domain name of your Internet service provider). This information may be collected through the following methods:
    • Cookies: Cookies (including local shared objects) are small pieces of information that your browser stores on your computer’s hard drive. They work by assigning a unique number to your computer that has no meaning outside of the Site. Cookies generally do not contain any personal information. Most web browsers automatically accept Cookies, but you can usually configure your browser to block this. Not accepting Cookies may prevent some functions of the Platform Products from working.
    • IP Address: You can anonymously visit many areas of the Site without registering as a user. Even so, we may still automatically collect your IP address. An IP address is a number automatically assigned to your computer each time you start a service through your Internet service provider. Each time you visit the Site or request a page on the Site, the server records your IP address.
    • Web Beacons: Web beacons are small data snippets embedded in web pages and emails. We may use these technical methods in HTML emails sent to users to determine whether users have opened these emails and/or clicked on the links therein. Information collected using these technical methods may be collected in a form that constitutes personal information.
    • Tracking Content Usage: If you use our Services and publish audio – visual materials (including but not limited to text, logos, artworks, graphics, pictures, advertisements, sounds, and other related intellectual property rights contained therein, collectively referred to as “Content”) to your website or third – party websites, we will track and collect non – personal information related to your user account and the use of the Content.
  • Opt – Out of Cross – Device Tracking If you wish to opt out of cross – device website advertising tracking (i.e., tracking users across devices), you can do so by accessing your device settings or by visiting and using the control options described on the NAI’s Mobile Choices page.
